President expresses concern over cases of rape and abuse of children

In his weekly radio address, President Mohamed Nasheed has said he is deeply concerned over the increasing number of cases of sexual abuse, rape and degrading treatment of children. He said protecting child rights was an important goal of the government, adding that government “always condemned” domestic violence. read & comment
